How it works - read this before downloading the audio
Download the audio on your phone, MP3 player or tablet.
When you feel overwhelmed by an emotion, (sadness, fear, anger, stress, anxiety, frustration, nervousness, discouragement ... or any other emotion,), find a quiet space, put on your earphones and turn on your audio "Emotions SOS”. If you have more than one emotion, you will have to repeat the audio for each emotion separately.
There are 4 steps each time
First, Identify your thoughts; then, Identify your emotion; after this, you need to welcome your emotion;
finally, observe and describe the sensations in your body.
If you are not able to do this when the emotion overwhelms you, you can do it later, in the evening before going to bed for example, remembering the situation that caused your emotion.
Your negative emotion will be transformed, because you took care of it, and you will be able to move on and take action sensible and with calm.
Repeat this process as often as you can so that it becomes automatic for you.
It will allow you to process and transform your emotions, and not be in a position to resist or react.
